This role focuses on Senior AEM Development, contributing to innovative client solutions.

Key responsibilities include developing and customizing AEM components, templates, and workflows. You will configure AEM Assets, and create responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript from provided designs. Content migration from legacy systems to AEM and its assets is crucial.

You will implement solutions leveraging Adobe AEM and AEM Assets, and prototype interactive interfaces. Collaborating with Architects to understand design blueprints and ensuring swift resolution of technical issues are essential.

Working within a fast-paced Agile Scrum Delivery Team, you'll showcase strong leadership, provide constructive feedback, and lead by example. Task estimation and managing/being managed by remote teams are also key aspects of this role.

We are seeking an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on AEM development experience. Expertise in designing and building AEM components, working with JCR, and AEM workflows is required.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design is essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must. Familiarity with Adobe EDS, AEM in cloud environments (Adobe Cloud, AWS), Java, J2EE, and JavaScript technologies is important.

Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, and Bootstrap is beneficial. A solid understanding of Apache, App server logs, RESTful web services, and jQuery is expected. You should be adept at handling cross-browser and cross-platform issues.

Hands-on experience integrating AEM with other Adobe suite products, such as Analytics, Target, and Campaign, is highly desirable. Experience with the latest Adobe Cloud Platform and its SaaS offerings, setting up and configuring AEM systems, and migrating from other CMS to AEM are also key requirements. Experience in AEM upgrades is a plus.
