Provide expert functional knowledge and hands-on configuration experience within the SAP IS-U system for electricity, gas, and water utilities. Lead business workshops and blueprint sessions, developing detailed business process blueprints (BBPs/BBDs FS) and test scenarios. Conduct training, perform testing, and manage defects, particularly within the Device Management module. Design core and customized business processes, advising on ISU best practices.

Effectively communicate complex requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Be prepared to travel as needed and diligently monitor project progress and quality.

Possess deep understanding of utility industry business processes (regulated and deregulated) and extensive SAP FI-CA knowledge for creating blueprints, process plans, functional documents, and test cases. Demonstrate proficiency in Meter-to-Cash processes, including FICA Dunning, Collection Strategy, payment integrations, write-offs, returns, security deposits, installment plans, and promise-to-pay scenarios. Experience with country-specific localizations is required.

Strong knowledge of clearing strategies, rules, Cash Desk operations, and clarifications is essential. Expertise in month-end/period-end closing and FICA to FICO GL integration is critical. Experience in deregulated/regulated energy markets and developing application support efficiency templates is valued. Ability to gather and prioritize SAP business requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot inter-module dependencies (Device Management, CS/CRM, Billing) is key.

Define comprehensive test scenarios, create master data, and conduct unit, cycle, and integration tests. Develop FICA event enhancements and demonstrate confidence in offshore/onshore delivery models. Proven experience managing large work streams across multiple locations. Consulting experience is advantageous.

Essential hands-on experience includes FI-CA concepts such as Company Code Setup, Chart of Accounts, Main/Sub Transaction Setup, Security Deposit Process, Incoming Payments (Real Time, Direct Debit, Cash Desk), Outgoing Payments and Returns, Collection Process, Collection Agency processes, Transfer Posting, and Escheatment process. Implementation experience of BRF Plus and data migration are also required. Ability to work independently with strong time management and planning skills is expected.
