Seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Developing process maps and performing gap analyses are also core functions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and testers, is essential for success.

You will also be responsible for supporting SIT, UAT, and production validation activities. Assessing the impact of business and regulatory changes, along with supporting Agile/Scrum delivery, are crucial. This role requires ensuring adherence to banking and regulatory standards like KYC, AML, FATCA, and Basel.

The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in the banking domain and excels at business requirements gathering and analysis. Proficiency in documenting BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria is vital. Experience in stakeholder management, gap analysis, and process mapping is expected. A solid understanding of functional specifications, UAT, and SIT support is necessary.

Candidates should be well-versed in regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, FATCA, Basel) and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
