We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Python programming and a deep understanding of large-scale data architecture. You will be responsible for building GenAI applications from the ground up, leveraging frameworks like Autogen, Crew.ai, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and LangChain. This includes developing high-quality Python code, designing architectures for large-scale data handling, and working with multi-modal LLM applications.

Further responsibilities involve implementing front-end integrations with technologies such as React and Streamlit, designing data modernization pipelines, and developing OCR and document intelligence solutions. You will also integrate APIs, utilize cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), and apply fine-tuning techniques for LLMs. Implementing LLMOps, RAG architectures, and ensuring Responsible AI practices are key aspects of this role.

A minimum of 8 years of professional experience is required for this role. Proficiency in Python programming and experience with frameworks like Autogen, Crew.ai, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and LangChain are essential. Familiarity with multi-modal LLM applications, including text chat completion, vision, and speech models, is expected.

Candidates should possess experience in designing large-scale data architectures, front-end integration (React, Streamlit), and data modernization. Knowledge of OCR, API integration (REST, SOAP), cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), and LLM fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, QLoRA, LoRA) is crucial. Experience with LLMOps, RAG, and Responsible AI practices is also required. Mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be part of your duties.
