Join our Global Business Support Services Team as a Finance & Accounting Senior Analyst, focusing on the Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle within general ledger processes. This role demands a strong foundation in accounting and reporting, coupled with robust analytical capabilities to ensure efficient financial operations.

This position is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. We are looking for a dedicated professional to contribute to our global finance functions.

Key responsibilities include accurately recording daily financial transactions and assisting with general ledger maintenance. You will support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, along with managing bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and accruals.

The role also involves ensuring timely inter-company and balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), controls, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will provide support for audit requirements, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and perform ad-hoc accounting and reporting tasks as needed.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is essential, with a preference for candidates holding professional accounting qualifications such as M.Com or MBA (Finance).

We require at least 8 years of relevant experience. Prior experience working with global teams across different geographies will be highly regarded. Essential skills include a solid understanding of accounting standards and reporting practices, proven proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliations, and strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
