Join our finance team as a Senior Specialist in General & Operational Accounting. This pivotal role focuses on managing critical finance master data, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data that underpins high-quality financial reporting for executives and stakeholders. Your contributions will be instrumental in transforming our financial data processes.

This hybrid position operates during the day/afternoon shift (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST) and may require extended hours to meet deadlines. Collaboration with international colleagues across different time zones is expected.

Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining finance master data, such as charts of accounts and organizational hierarchies, across multiple systems including SAP and BPC. You will also manage account mapping between systems, review the impact of master data changes, and provide input for management and financial reporting. Involvement in OneERP CIM development and rollout, along with ad-hoc support for reporting needs like budgets and impairment testing, will be part of your role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field, and 8-10 years of comprehensive financial reporting experience. Essential knowledge includes IFRS application, understanding end-to-end business processes and system change impacts on reporting, and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills are crucial. Experience with data architecture and global organizations is advantageous. Fluency in business English, both written and verbal, is essential.
