Join our dynamic team as a General and Operational Accounting Specialist Advisor. This crucial role involves overseeing asset management, transfer pricing, inter-company transactions, and budgeting. We are seeking a candidate with robust technical accounting expertise, a deep understanding of IFRS, and the ability to effectively liaise with our Global Asset Unit and various stakeholders, including senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed financial reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing strategic insights to guide business decisions. This position is key to maintaining precise, compliant, and clearly communicated asset-related financial data for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include managing the complete accounting lifecycle for intangible assets, ensuring accurate IFRS/GAAP compliance, and collaborating with business development on Opex/Capex classification. You will also handle revenue recognition through operating companies, manage inter-company charges using transfer pricing policies, and prepare comprehensive asset-related financial reports for audits. Strategic partnerships with R&D, legal, and tax teams are essential, alongside collaborating on budgeting and forecasting for the asset portfolio. Performance analysis, KPI development, and presenting findings to senior management are also vital components of this role.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 10-12 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in financial software like SAP and BPC. Knowledge of international entities, foreign currency, and inter-company transactions is required, alongside demonstrated expertise in accounting standards such as IFRS 15, 16, IAS 36, and 38. Adaptability to work in flexible, hybrid environments, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to integrity and data privacy are also expected.
