We seek a GenAI Tech Lead to design and develop advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with business and technical needs. Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to propose suitable AI/ML algorithms, Azure AI services, and GenAI architectures. Build, deploy, and maintain Python-based AI/ML applications on the Azure Cloud platform. Develop and implement GenAI use cases leveraging Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, Vector Databases, and Azure OpenAI. Conduct proof-of-concepts, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders for successful solution delivery.

Proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn for data preprocessing and feature engineering. Expertise in Generative AI technologies including Azure OpenAI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, Vector DB, and text/image generation. Experience with application development frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, and API development/deployment. Strong understanding of Azure Cloud services such as Azure OpenAI, Storage, Key Vault, Access Control, and data ingestion. Solid knowledge of databases and solutioning, including PostgreSQL, SQL/PL-SQL, database design, and AI solution architecture. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
