Develop and implement advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including prediction systems, recommendation engines, text analytics, and chatbots. Build and deploy sophisticated ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Apply deep expertise in statistics, machine learning, NLP, and generative models such as GANs and transformers. Work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create end-to-end AI pipelines.

Support the creation of GenAI use cases, prototypes, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) tailored to specific industry needs. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver impactful AI/ML solutions. Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, GenAI, and LLMs, contributing to NTT DATA’s global GenAI platform.

A Master's degree in AI from a reputable institution is required. Candidates must possess over 12 years of demonstrated experience using Python and relevant ML/data science packages in multiple real-world projects. A minimum of 2 years of strong fundamentals in building GenAI solutions, ideally with Agentic frameworks, is essential.

Deep knowledge spanning at least 2 years is required in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, Generative AI, Agentic Systems, and ML Ops/AI Infrastructure. Furthermore, 2+ years of experience with LLM technologies, embedding models, cloud-based AI services, and AI/ML operations is necessary. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS AI services for 2+ years is also a must.

Essential soft skills include strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and effective communication to translate complex AI topics for stakeholders. The ideal candidate is self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
