Drive transformative initiatives aligned with client business objectives. Establish and manage a Transformation Office for governance and delivery. Serve as the key liaison between clients and the transformation team, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Oversee the entire transformation lifecycle, from planning to closure.
Cultivate robust relationships with C-level executives and external stakeholders. Regularly report on transformation goals and achievements to leadership. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and their application to client transformation strategies. Lead budget planning, resource allocation, and financial oversight for transformation programs.
Develop enterprise-grade Azure and GenAI reference architectures, encompassing cloud, data, AI, and agentic patterns. Architect GenAI solutions, including LLM-based systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows. Act as the ultimate architectural authority for large-scale transformation and GenAI projects. Integrate security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI principles from the outset.
Lead large-deal solutioning and pre-sales activities, including workshops and executive presentations. Shape deal strategies, differentiate solutions, articulate value, and define pricing in collaboration with sales leadership. Own the technical win strategy for key pursuits and transformation-led deals. Act as a senior advisor in C-level discussions, connecting technology decisions to business outcomes.
Collaborate with Microsoft Azure, AI, and industry GTM teams for joint initiatives. Leverage Microsoft programs, accelerators, and funding to achieve client and commercial success. Represent the firm in Microsoft forums, customer briefings, and thought-leadership events. Contribute significantly to large, complex proposals and RFP responses, crafting solution narratives, architectures, and value propositions for strategic pursuits.
A seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in enterprise transformation, business consulting, and technology strategy is sought. A proven track record in delivery, demonstrated P&L contribution, and deep expertise in Microsoft technology-stack transformations are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree being preferred.
Key qualifications include exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to influence stakeholders across all levels. The ability to define and execute long-term transformation strategies aligned with business goals is critical. Strong customer focus, decisive problem-solving abilities, and executive presentation skills are a must. In-depth, hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud and GenAI architectures, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent-based solutions, data platforms, and automation, is required.
Demonstrated experience in designing end-to-end Microsoft-based solutions tailored to business and customer needs. Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformations using Azure, DevOps, Power Platform, and related technologies. Significant experience in pre-sales leadership and shaping complex transformation and GenAI engagements. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, drive zero-to-one initiatives, and lead frontier transformation programs. A strong executive presence, compelling storytelling ability, and an entrepreneurial spirit are vital.
