Seeking a hands-on Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI Technical Lead to spearhead the development of innovative applications. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Azure AI services, Agentic AI frameworks, Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Python, API development, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities include architecting, building, testing, deploying, and supporting secure, production-ready GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and enforce engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Lead the creation of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, and LangGraph.

Design and develop sophisticated Agentic AI workflows encompassing planning, reasoning, state management, memory, tool integration, orchestration, and human oversight.

Construct robust enterprise RAG solutions utilizing Azure AI Search, vector search capabilities, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL with pgvector, and Redis.

Develop comprehensive prompt pipelines, manage embeddings, refine retrieval logic, enhance context, integrate tools, conduct model evaluations, ensure content safety, and implement AI guardrails.

Build and deploy scalable applications using Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure API Management.

Implement robust CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Ensure security through authentication, authorization, managed identities, Key Vault, private endpoints, comprehensive monitoring, logging, and secure service communication.

Optimize application performance via caching, asynchronous processing, batching, vector index tuning, and autoscaling strategies.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

This role demands 5 to 8 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or cloud-native application development on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Demonstrated expertise in Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, RAG principles, embeddings, vector retrieval, prompt engineering, and model evaluation is essential.

Experience with Azure Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, or similar Agentic AI frameworks is highly valued.

A solid understanding of agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory management, state management, tool calling, and workflow implementation is expected.

Proficiency in Python development using frameworks like FastAPI or Django is a must.

Familiarity with databases such as Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL with pgvector, or equivalent is required.

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), coupled with knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure API Management, Git, and CI/CD practices, is necessary.

A good grasp of security principles, observability, scalability, reliability, performance tuning, and production support is crucial.

Proven experience in leading development teams and collaborating effectively within Agile methodologies across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) is expected.
