Lead the design and development of cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role requires a hands-on technical lead experienced in Azure AI services, Agentic AI frameworks, Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Python, API development, and cloud-native architecture.

You will be instrumental in creating secure, scalable, and production-ready GenAI applications, guiding a team of developers, and championing engineering best practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Spearhead the development of innovative GenAI and Agentic AI solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, and LangGraph.

Design and implement sophisticated Agentic AI workflows encompassing planning, reasoning, state management, memory, tool integration, orchestration, and human review processes.

Build robust enterprise RAG solutions leveraging Azure AI Search, vector search capabilities, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL with pgvector, and Redis.

Develop advanced prompt pipelines, embeddings, retrieval logic, context enrichment mechanisms, seamless tool integrations, model evaluation strategies, content safety measures, and AI guardrails.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Possess 5 to 8 years of comprehensive software development experience, with a strong focus on AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or cloud-native application development on Microsoft Azure.

Demonstrate expert-level experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, RAG, embeddings, vector retrieval, prompt engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Showcase proven experience with Azure Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, or comparable Agentic AI frameworks, alongside a deep understanding of agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory, state management, tool calling, and workflow implementation.

Exhibit strong Python development skills using FastAPI or Django, coupled with experience in databases like Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, and pgvector.

Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure API Management, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.

A solid grasp of security, observability, scalability, reliability, performance tuning, and production support is expected.

Experience leading development teams and collaborating within Agile environments across the full SDLC is a key requirement.
