Collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to meticulously understand requirements and ensure the successful delivery of impactful AI solutions. Develop compelling Proofs of Concept (POCs) and provide crucial support for proposal and solutioning activities.

Drive the creation and deployment of AI models into production environments, focusing on optimizing AI solution scalability, performance, and reliability. Guide teams in implementing sophisticated solutions using Python, FastAPI, Flask, SQL, and JavaScript. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest advancements in GenAI and Data Science technologies, while mentoring team members and promoting best practices across all projects to ensure the triumphant delivery of AI initiatives from inception to final deployment.

A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience is required, with a mandatory 2 years specifically in Generative AI.

Possess strong, hands-on experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science. Extensive practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) are essential.

Demonstrate experience working with Agentic AI frameworks and a strong command of NLP, text analytics, and vector databases. Proficient in GCP services, with a preference for Vertex AI. Familiarity with API development, security, and authentication is crucial.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Serverless Architecture is expected. Exhibit strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in FastAPI, Flask, SQL, and JavaScript. A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are paramount.
