Join our team as a Senior Lead in Generative AI, focusing on Pharmaceutical Regulatory applications. This role is crucial for driving innovation and developing cutting-edge solutions in the GenAI space.

You will be instrumental in architecting and implementing advanced AI/ML and NLP technologies, with a significant emphasis on Generative AI applications. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual passionate about staying at the forefront of AI advancements, particularly in LLMs and their practical applications.

Spearhead the development and application of Generative AI, AI/ML, and NLP technologies within the pharmaceutical regulatory domain.

Develop and implement advanced solutions using Agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph and LlamaIndex.

Utilize both paid (OpenAI on Azure, AWS Bedrock) and open-source LLMs, VLMs, and SLMs to build robust applications.

Implement sophisticated RAG techniques, including CAG, Knowledge Graph RAG, RAG Fusion, and Agents.

Manage and process large volumes of unstructured and structured data from sources like Data Lakes.

Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, GenAI, and NLP technologies, with at least 2 years specifically in GenAI application development.

Expertise in problem-solving and developing technical solutions is essential.

Must possess deep knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs (paid and open-source), and advanced RAG techniques.

Proficiency in Python programming, including FastAPI, and experience with cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure) and deployment technologies like Kubernetes are mandatory.
