This role focuses on leading our AI and Generative AI Go-To-Market strategy. You will be instrumental in shaping our AI vision, crafting compelling solution narratives, and developing industry-specific applications. A key aspect involves scaling our AI capabilities through robust business development and thought leadership, fostering talent growth within EY.

Define and execute the AI/GenAI Go-To-Market strategy, identifying high-value AI transformation opportunities across diverse sectors. Drive new client acquisition through proactive business development, leading proposal efforts and client pitches. Cultivate executive-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring delivery excellence.

Develop compelling AI solution narratives and differentiated value propositions. Create industry-specific AI use cases and business cases, and commercialize thought leadership on emerging trends like Generative AI. Build reusable AI/GenAI intellectual property, frameworks, and accelerators that enhance EY's market position.

Implement and optimize AI, machine learning, and deep learning solutions, including developing APIs with Python. Lead the development of Generative AI applications using various open-source and proprietary models. Design solutions leveraging vector databases for efficient LLM data retrieval. Manage projects, ensure seamless service delivery, and collaborate with project managers to address resource needs.

Coach and mentor AI/GenAI talent, contributing to team culture and growth. Collaborate across practices to deliver integrated AI solutions for complex client challenges and provide expert project reviews.

We seek an AI & Data fluent professional with a strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, and data analytics, adept at integrating these into enterprise transformations. You must be a proven business developer with experience in consulting, solutioning, pre-sales, or technology GTM, skilled in proposal management, client pitches, and account growth.

Demonstrate leadership and collaboration by managing high-performing cross-functional teams and building trusted, long-term client relationships. Possess structured thinking to navigate ambiguity and deliver actionable solutions with executive-level communication. Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Qualified candidates will hold an MBA or master's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field, with 11-14 years of experience in AI and machine learning solution development and implementation, preferably with Azure deployment experience. Proven experience in AI transformation programs, pipeline generation, and proposal development is essential.

Additional qualifications include experience building and commercializing AI/GenAI offerings, exposure to enterprise architecture and data governance, guiding AI/Data Science projects, and communicating results to clients. Familiarity with the Azure cloud framework, statistical techniques, deep learning, and machine learning algorithms is required. A minimum of 6 years of experience with NLG, LLM, and deep learning techniques, including neural network approaches, is necessary.

Expertise in implementing applications with open-source and proprietary LLM models, and proficiency with Generative AI workflow management tools like LangChain are critical. A minimum of 6-9 years of programming experience in Python, along with experience in the software development life cycle, is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to mentor team members, are expected.
