We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Agentic AI to drive transformative initiatives across engineering teams. This role is crucial for designing and implementing advanced AI solutions, promoting AI-assisted development practices, and integrating AI capabilities into existing developer toolchains.

Lead Gen AI, Agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformation initiatives within engineering teams. Design and implement robust RAG pipelines, Vector Databases, and embedding strategies. Develop AI-powered engineering solutions that enhance productivity and innovation. Drive the adoption of Spec Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted software delivery. Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly with tools like GitHub, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and SonarQube. Define strategic transformation roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

This role requires a seasoned professional with over 4 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years specifically in Gen AI. Demonstrable hands-on expertise in GenAI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, and relevant AI development tools is essential. Experience with AI assistants like Copilot and Claude, as well as AI agents and AI-driven software engineering practices, is highly valued. A proven history of leading large-scale engineering transformations is expected. A strong foundation in Java/.NET, Microservices, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and SRE principles is also required. Exceptional leadership, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are paramount for success in this position.
