Design and develop advanced enterprise Generative AI solutions utilizing platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, or Azure AI Foundry. Architect AI solutions and define implementation strategies aligned with business and technical goals. Implement advanced architectures like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI systems for diverse enterprise use cases. Lead the development of intelligent AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution frameworks. Orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph and evaluate new emerging frameworks.

Optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and response generation. Build prompt engineering pipelines, integrate vector databases, and develop semantic search solutions. Design and implement scalable AI engineering architectures incorporating authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, and API governance. Lead fine-tuning initiatives and define AI integration patterns for enterprise application ecosystems. Establish robust evaluation frameworks for AI response quality and implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for continuous improvement. Troubleshoot complex AI challenges and mentor team members on GenAI frameworks and best practices.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Engineer with 6-8 years of experience in Generative AI and agentic frameworks. Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Cloud Application Integration & Deployment is essential. You should have a strong understanding of AI Search Index, AI Agents & Tool Calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI Systems, LangGraph, LangChain, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering.
