As a Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, and AI Search. You will define robust AI solution architectures, implement advanced RAG and Agentic AI architectures, and lead the development of intelligent AI agents and tool-calling frameworks. Your responsibilities will include designing multi-agent orchestration solutions, optimizing prompt strategies, and integrating vector databases for semantic search. You will also architect scalable AI engineering solutions, incorporating best practices for authentication, authorization, and enterprise deployment.

You will lead fine-tuning initiatives, define AI integration patterns, and establish evaluation frameworks for AI response quality. A key aspect of this role involves troubleshooting complex AI workflows and mentoring team members on GenAI frameworks and best practices. Driving continuous improvement in AI solution quality and operational effectiveness will be central to your contributions.

This role requires 5-8 years of experience in Generative AI and related technologies. Essential skills include a deep understanding of Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts, Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, the FastAPI framework, Python, AI Search Index, AI Agents & Tool Calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI Systems, LangGraph, LangChain, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering.

Key technical proficiencies involve designing and implementing RAG, Graph RAG, and Agentic AI architectures. Experience with multi-agent orchestration using frameworks like LangGraph and evaluating emerging frameworks such as AutoGen or CrewAI is also crucial. You should be adept at designing prompt engineering pipelines and implementing scalable AI engineering architectures with a focus on enterprise deployment best practices. Strong problem-solving skills for complex AI workflow challenges and the ability to mentor junior team members are expected.
