Design and develop advanced enterprise Generative AI solutions utilizing platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Service. Define robust AI solution architectures and implementation strategies. Implement state-of-the-art RAG, Graph RAG, and Agentic AI architectures. Lead the development of intelligent AI agents and autonomous task execution frameworks. Orchestrate multi-agent systems using LangGraph and evaluate emerging frameworks. Optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and context orchestration for AI applications. Build prompt engineering pipelines, integrate vector databases, and develop semantic search solutions. Design and implement scalable AI engineering architectures incorporating security, asynchronous processing, and API governance. Lead model fine-tuning initiatives to enhance domain-specific AI performance. Define cloud-native AI integration patterns and establish evaluation frameworks for AI response quality. Design Human-in-the-Loop workflows for improved AI governance and reliability. Review AI solution designs for adherence to engineering standards, scalability, and responsible AI practices. Troubleshoot complex AI workflow and model behavior challenges. Mentor team members on GenAI frameworks and AI engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement in AI solution quality and operational effectiveness.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience is required for this role. Essential skills include proficiency in Python, advanced Generative AI and Agentic Framework concepts, Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, and the FastAPI Framework. Expertise in Azure OpenAI Service, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents & Tool Calling, LangGraph, LangChain, and Prompt Engineering is mandatory. Experience with platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Grog, or AI Search Index is also required. Familiarity with Graph RAG and multi-agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph is crucial. You should have a strong understanding of prompt engineering pipelines, vector database integration, semantic search, and scalable AI engineering architectures, including authentication, authorization, and API governance. Experience in designing Human-in-the-Loop workflows and a track record of driving AI engineering excellence, effective collaboration, and continuous improvement are expected. Strong analytical thinking and adaptability to evolving AI technologies are key.
