Design and implement advanced enterprise Generative AI solutions utilizing platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Grog, or AI Search Index. Define robust AI solution architectures and development strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop and deploy sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI architectures for complex enterprise use cases. Lead the creation of intelligent AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution frameworks.

Orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, evaluating emerging tools such as AutoGen or CrewAI. Optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, context management, and response generation. Implement prompt engineering pipelines, vector database integrations, semantic search, and RAG architectures for enterprise AI applications. Build scalable AI engineering architectures incorporating best practices in authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, API governance, and enterprise deployment.

Drive model fine-tuning and customization initiatives to enhance domain-specific AI performance. Establish evaluation frameworks for AI response quality, reliability, and consistency. Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for continuous improvement. Review AI solution designs for adherence to engineering standards, scalability, maintainability, and responsible AI principles. Troubleshoot complex AI workflow and model behavior challenges through detailed root cause analysis. Mentor team members on GenAI frameworks, RAG, agentic systems, and AI engineering best practices. Champion continuous improvement in AI solution quality and operational effectiveness.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in Generative AI and advanced agentic framework concepts. Proficiency is required in Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, the FastAPI framework, and Python. Expertise in AI Search Index, AI Agents & Tool Calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI Systems, LangGraph, LangChain, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering is essential.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing enterprise Generative AI solutions, defining AI solution architectures, and implementing RAG and Agentic AI architectures. You will lead the development of AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent orchestration solutions. Strong skills in prompt engineering, vector database integration, semantic search, and scalable AI application development are necessary.
