Design and implement advanced enterprise Generative AI solutions using platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Service. Define robust AI solution architectures and implementation strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI architectures. Lead the creation of intelligent AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution frameworks using tools like LangGraph and LangChain.

Optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and response generation frameworks. Design and implement prompt engineering pipelines, vector database integrations, and semantic search solutions. Develop scalable AI engineering architectures incorporating authentication, authorization, and enterprise deployment best practices. Drive fine-tuning initiatives and establish evaluation frameworks for AI quality and reliability.

Design and implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows. Review AI solution designs for scalability, maintainability, and responsible AI practices. Troubleshoot complex AI workflow challenges through root cause analysis. Mentor team members on GenAI frameworks and AI engineering best practices. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AI solution quality and innovation.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in Generative AI and related fields. Essential skills include proficiency in Python, advanced Generative AI concepts, agentic framework understanding, cloud application integration and deployment, and expertise in the FastAPI framework.

Demonstrated experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Tool Calling, LangGraph, LangChain, and Prompt Engineering is mandatory. Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Grog, or AI Search Index is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities also involve architecting RAG and Agentic AI solutions, leading multi-agent orchestration, and optimizing prompt engineering pipelines. A strong understanding of scalable AI engineering architectures, including authentication, authorization, and enterprise deployment best practices, is required. Candidates should exhibit strong ownership, collaboration, innovation, analytical thinking, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
