Key responsibilities include designing and developing enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions utilizing platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, or Azure AI Foundry. You will define AI solution architectures and implementation strategies, and lead the design and deployment of advanced RAG and Agentic AI architectures for complex enterprise use cases. This role involves developing intelligent AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution frameworks, alongside designing multi-agent orchestration solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph. You will also optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, context orchestration, and response generation frameworks, and build prompt engineering pipelines, vector database integrations, and semantic search solutions.

Further responsibilities include implementing scalable AI engineering architectures that incorporate authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, API governance, and enterprise deployment best practices. You will lead fine-tuning initiatives to enhance domain-specific AI performance and define AI integration patterns and deployment approaches for enterprise application ecosystems. Designing cloud-native AI integration patterns, establishing evaluation frameworks for AI response quality, and designing Human-in-the-Loop workflows are also key. You will review AI solution designs for adherence to standards, mentor team members on GenAI frameworks, and drive continuous improvement in AI solution quality and operational effectiveness.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with 5-8 years of experience, possessing mandatory skills in Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts, Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, FastAPI, Python, AI Search Index, AI Agents & Tool Calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI Systems, LangGraph, LangChain, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering. This role demands strong ownership and a commitment to driving AI engineering excellence.
