Design and develop enterprise Generative AI solutions using platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Foundry. Define AI solution architectures and implementation strategies aligned with business objectives. Implement advanced RAG, Graph RAG, and Agentic AI architectures for enterprise use cases. Lead the development of intelligent AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution frameworks. Design and implement multi-agent orchestration solutions using frameworks like LangGraph, evaluating emerging tools such as AutoGen and CrewAI. Optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and response generation frameworks. Develop prompt engineering pipelines, vector database integrations, and semantic search solutions. Create scalable AI engineering architectures incorporating best practices for authentication, authorization, API governance, and enterprise deployment. Lead fine-tuning and model customization initiatives to enhance domain-specific AI performance. Establish evaluation frameworks for AI response quality, reliability, and consistency. Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for continuous AI improvement. Troubleshoot complex AI workflow challenges through detailed root cause analysis. Mentor team members on GenAI frameworks, RAG architectures, and AI engineering best practices.

Demonstrate strong ownership and drive for AI engineering excellence. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders for seamless project delivery. Promote innovation and quality through proactive experimentation and continuous improvement. Possess expertise in mandatory skills including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts, Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, Agentic AI Systems, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, AI Agents & Tool Calling, LangChain, and LangGraph. Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Service is essential. Familiarity with AI agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI is required. Solid understanding of prompt engineering, vector database integration, and semantic search solutions is necessary. Knowledge of enterprise deployment best practices, including authentication, authorization, and API governance, is crucial. Ability to mentor junior team members on AI engineering best practices.
