This role involves working with complex applications and the latest technologies, including high-value product engineering, data & analytics, cloud, DevOps, MLOps, and automation.

Design and implement advanced Generative AI solutions using platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI. Define robust AI solution architectures and development strategies aligned with business goals.

Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI architectures. Lead the creation of intelligent AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution frameworks.

Orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, and explore emerging solutions like AutoGen or CrewAI. Optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and response generation frameworks for enterprise applications.

Implement scalable AI engineering architectures incorporating best practices for authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, and API governance. Lead model fine-tuning initiatives to enhance domain-specific AI performance.

Establish comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI response quality, reliability, and consistency. Design and implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for continuous AI improvement and governance.

Mentor team members on GenAI, RAG, agentic systems, and AI engineering best practices. Drive innovation and operational effectiveness within AI solutions.

Mandatory skills include deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), advanced GenAI and Agentic Framework Concepts, Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, Agentic AI Systems, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, AI Agents & Tool Calling, LangChain, and LangGraph.

Experience with platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Grog, or AI Search Index is essential. Proficiency in designing and implementing Graph RAG, multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI), and prompt engineering pipelines is required.

Strong understanding of scalable AI engineering architectures, including authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, scheduling, multithreading, API governance, and enterprise deployment best practices. Familiarity with model fine-tuning and customization is expected.

Ability to design AI integration patterns and cloud-native solutions for enterprise ecosystems. Experience in establishing evaluation frameworks for AI quality and designing Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex AI challenges.

Demonstrated ownership and collaboration skills, with a focus on driving AI engineering excellence and innovation. Ability to mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement.
