Design and develop advanced enterprise Generative AI solutions utilizing platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, or Azure AI Foundry. Architect AI solutions, defining implementation strategies aligned with business and technical goals. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI architectures for diverse enterprise use cases. Lead the development of intelligent AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution frameworks.

Orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, evaluating new technologies like AutoGen or CrewAI. Optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, context management, and response generation. Develop prompt engineering pipelines, integrate vector databases, and build semantic search solutions. Design and implement scalable AI applications using LangChain or LangGraph.

Architect scalable AI engineering solutions incorporating authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, and API governance. Lead model fine-tuning and customization for domain-specific performance enhancements. Define AI integration patterns and deployment strategies for enterprise applications. Design cloud-native AI integration patterns for APIs, databases, and event-driven architectures.

Establish robust evaluation frameworks for AI response quality, reliability, and relevance. Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows to enhance AI quality and governance. Review AI solution designs for adherence to engineering standards, scalability, and responsible AI practices. Troubleshoot complex AI workflow and model behavior issues through root cause analysis.

Mentor team members on GenAI frameworks, RAG, agentic systems, and AI engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for AI solution quality, innovation, and operational efficiency.

This role requires 6-8 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on Generative AI and advanced agentic framework concepts. Proficiency in Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, FastAPI, and Python is essential.

Key technical skills include expertise in AI Search Index, AI Agents, Tool Calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI Systems, LangGraph, LangChain, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering. Experience with platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, or Grog is mandatory.
