This role focuses on designing and developing advanced enterprise Generative AI solutions. Key responsibilities include architecting AI solutions aligned with business objectives, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI architectures, and leading the development of intelligent AI agents and tool-calling frameworks.

You will design and implement multi-agent orchestration solutions, optimize prompt strategies and retrieval mechanisms, and build prompt engineering pipelines with vector database integration. Developing scalable AI engineering architectures incorporating best practices for authentication, asynchronous processing, and enterprise deployment is also crucial.

Additional duties involve leading fine-tuning initiatives, defining AI integration and deployment patterns for enterprise ecosystems, and establishing evaluation frameworks for AI response quality. Troubleshooting complex AI workflows and mentoring team members on GenAI frameworks and AI engineering best practices are integral to this position. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on AI solution quality and innovation.

Essential technical proficiencies include expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), advanced GenAI concepts, Agentic Framework Concepts, Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, Agentic AI Systems, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, AI Agents & Tool Calling, LangChain, and LangGraph. Experience with Amazon Bedrock and Graph RAG is also required.
