As a Gen AI Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing cutting-edge Generative AI applications. This includes translating functional requirements into robust Python services and integrating LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

You will also be responsible for building and enhancing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, utilizing embeddings, vector databases, and advanced chunking strategies. Furthermore, you will implement basic Agentic workflows under senior guidance and optimize vector search systems, indexing, and retrieval processes.

Collaboration is key to our success. You will actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and documentation efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding standards, testing, and DevOps. Working closely with the team, you will contribute to a shared goal of delivering high-quality solutions.

We are seeking individuals with strong hands-on proficiency in Python, including experience with Flask, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming. Practical experience in developing Generative AI and LLM-based applications is essential.

A solid understanding of RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases is required, along with exposure to Agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, ReAct, or OpenAI Assistants.

Familiarity with AWS cloud services (ECS, S3, API Gateway, IAM, Bedrock) is necessary. Additionally, experience with API development, microservices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Docker, GitLab, or GitHub Actions is expected.
