Key responsibilities include designing and developing enterprise Generative AI solutions using platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Service. You will define AI solution architectures, implement RAG and Agentic AI architectures, and lead the development of intelligent AI agents and autonomous task execution frameworks. This role involves designing and optimizing prompt strategies, orchestrating multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, and implementing scalable AI engineering architectures with best practices for enterprise deployment. You will also lead model fine-tuning initiatives, establish evaluation frameworks for AI quality, and mentor team members on GenAI best practices.

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with 6-8 years of experience in Generative AI and Agentic Framework concepts. Essential skills include proficiency in Cloud Application Integration and Deployment, FastAPI, Python, AI Search Index, AI Agents, Tool Calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI Systems, LangGraph, LangChain, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering. Experience with platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, and AI Search Index is mandatory. Strong ownership, collaboration, analytical thinking, adaptability, and effective communication are crucial behavioral competencies for this role.
