As a Senior Engineer - Technology, you will design and implement advanced Generative AI solutions. This includes developing applications using platforms like Amazon Bedrock or Azure OpenAI Service, and building RAG or Agentic AI systems. You will create secure AI services with Python and FastAPI, integrating authentication, authorization, and scalable API designs.

Key duties involve configuring AI agents and tool-calling mechanisms, developing workflows with LangChain or LangGraph, and optimizing AI responses through prompt engineering and vector databases. You will also support fine-tuning activities, integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, and ensure the reliability and scalability of deployed solutions. Collaboration with various teams and maintaining technical documentation are also essential aspects of this role.

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in Generative AI. Essential skills include expertise in AI platforms (Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, etc.), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, or Agentic AI Systems. Proficiency in advanced GenAI concepts, fine-tuning, AI agents, and workflow frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph is mandatory.

Candidates should also possess strong experience in cloud application integration and deployment, and be adept with the FastAPI framework. Familiarity with Python, Pandas, and NumPy is required, alongside a solid understanding of prompt engineering and vector databases. The role also demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a commitment to quality and adaptability in dynamic environments.
