Lead the charge in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformations across engineering teams. Design and implement robust RAG pipelines, Vector Databases, and embedding strategies for AI-powered solutions. Drive the adoption of Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted software delivery. Seamlessly integrate AI capabilities with essential developer tools like GitHub, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and SonarQube. Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps and effectively engage stakeholders to achieve measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 6 years in Senior Software Engineering, including at least 2 years focused on Gen AI and its related technologies. Essential expertise includes GenAI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, and various AI development tools. Prior experience with platforms like Copilot and Claude, alongside AI agents and AI-driven software engineering practices, is crucial. A proven history of leading large-scale engineering transformations involving 300+ engineers is highly valued. A strong foundation in Java/.NET, Microservices, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and SRE is required. Excellent leadership, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are paramount for success in this role.
