This role is pivotal in defining and executing our enterprise Generative AI strategy, aligning it with organizational objectives and AI transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for establishing robust AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.

Key duties include architecting AI solutions using platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Service, defining enterprise standards for RAG, Graph RAG, and agentic AI systems. You will drive the adoption of AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, and autonomous workflows, while establishing governance for model customization, prompt engineering, and AI solution lifecycle management.

Further responsibilities involve defining architecture patterns with LangChain and LangGraph, and establishing comprehensive enterprise AI engineering standards covering API design, scalability, security, and operational resilience. This includes setting integration standards for databases, enterprise APIs, and cloud-native AI application deployment. You will also lead architecture reviews to ensure solutions meet critical objectives like scalability, reliability, and business value, while guiding teams on GenAI architecture and best practices.

We are seeking a leader with deep expertise in Agentic AI Systems, Advanced GenAI, and Agentic Framework Concepts. Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Graph RAG, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents & Tool Calling, LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases, and AI Search Index is mandatory.

This role requires the ability to define and drive enterprise AI strategy, establish engineering standards, and lead the design of enterprise-scale AI architecture. You must be adept at defining governance standards for RAG, agentic AI systems, prompt engineering, and AI solution lifecycle management.

Strong behavioral competencies including leadership, accountability, strategic thinking, and effective communication are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision-making skills, balancing innovation with scalability, reliability, and governance, while maintaining a proactive approach to AI governance and engineering excellence. Experience with PySpark is considered an additional asset.
