As a Lead Engineer, you will guide the end-to-end design and development of Generative AI applications, translating complex customer requirements into scalable AI architectures using cloud services. You will drive the adoption of LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain and Agentic workflows, continuously exploring new advancements in the Gen AI space. Responsibilities include building robust RAG pipelines, implementing vector search functionalities, and optimizing embedding strategies. You will also develop backend services and API layers in Python, leverage AWS services for cloud infrastructure, and ensure performance and security are paramount. Leading a team, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional departments are also key aspects of this role, ensuring adherence to best practices in development and operations.

We are looking for a Lead Engineer with 8-10 years of experience, possessing strong expertise in Python, AWS Cloud, and Generative AI. Essential hands-on experience includes RAG, Agentic workflows, and building LLM-powered applications. A deep understanding of Python (Flask, REST, async programming) is required. Proficiency in building RAG pipelines, working with vector databases, and implementing AI frameworks such as LangChain is crucial. Familiarity with AWS services like ECS, S3, and SageMaker, along with experience in API development and microservices, is necessary. Candidates should also be comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker. Strong communication and leadership skills are vital for mentoring teams and collaborating effectively.
