Employ advanced Generative AI techniques to craft high-impact solutions addressing key business objectives and client needs. Stay abreast of the latest Generative AI and LLM advancements for continuous solution enhancement. Explore, design, develop, and gain buy-in for innovative Generative AI use cases, establishing a clear strategy and project pipeline.

Serve as a principal advisor, identifying and steering enterprise-wide strategy projects, and overseeing the execution of critical deliverables across various industries. Collaborate with industry leaders throughout the group to deliver market-leading Generative AI solutions, ensuring exceptional engagement and quality outcomes.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related business function, or equivalent experience. Possess over 15 years of executive experience in IT, with a significant focus on AI and Large Language Models (LLM).

Bring more than 5 years of direct people management experience, including expertise in growing technical teams and attracting/retaining talent. Demonstrate a proven ability to effectively manage time, multitask across competing priorities in a dynamic environment, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Experience in client-facing roles within a specific industry or a consulting firm, including account/engagement management in professional services, is essential. A deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications, coupled with project/program management experience for complex global projects, is expected.
