Design and implement workflows using LangChain or LangGraph for scalable AI application development. Architect scalable AI engineering solutions incorporating authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, and API governance.

Drive model fine-tuning initiatives to enhance domain-specific AI performance. Define AI integration patterns for enterprise application ecosystems and design cloud-native patterns for APIs, databases, and event-driven architectures. Establish robust evaluation frameworks for AI response quality and implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows.

Review AI solution designs to ensure adherence to engineering standards, scalability, and responsible AI practices. Conduct root cause analysis for complex AI workflow challenges. Mentor team members on GenAI frameworks, RAG architectures, and AI engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement in AI solution quality and operational effectiveness.
