As a Gen AI Lead, you will spearhead architecture and design for enterprise applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This includes defining robust solution architectures, technical roadmaps, design patterns, and development standards.

You will drive the implementation of Generative AI solutions, encompassing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and AI Governance frameworks. Collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams is crucial to translate requirements into scalable and effective solutions.

Architecting cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and performance is a key responsibility. You will ensure strict adherence to SDLC processes, DevOps practices, quality gates, risk management, and compliance standards. Additionally, conducting design and code reviews, providing architectural guidance, and evaluating emerging AI technologies to recommend innovative solutions will be integral to this role.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong command of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps. A proven track record in Application Architecture and Solution Design is essential.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies is a must, including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Governance. Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is required. Experience with Microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and comprehensive DevOps practices is also necessary.

Candidates must possess a deep understanding of software quality, security best practices, risk management principles, and relevant compliance frameworks. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are vital for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include experience designing enterprise-scale AI-enabled applications and exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, and data security frameworks.
