Key responsibilities include designing and developing GenAI/LLM applications using Python, and constructing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines tailored for enterprise needs. You will build AI workflows and agentic applications with LangChain and LangGraph, and implement vector search and semantic retrieval using PostgreSQL and PGVector. This role also involves working extensively with LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and document processing.

Further duties encompass developing scalable, production-ready AI services and APIs in Python, deploying AI applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, and optimizing RAG pipelines for performance and scalability. Collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams is essential to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions. Maintaining clean, testable code and troubleshooting AI application issues are also critical aspects of this position.

We are looking for an experienced GenAI/AI Engineer with a minimum of 5 years in software development. Essential hands-on skills include Python, PostgreSQL, PGVector (or other vector databases), RAG implementation, LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS. A strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, and AI application architecture is required.

Ideal candidates will be pragmatic engineers with demonstrated success in deploying production-grade GenAI applications. While a Bachelor's degree is required, a strong practical engineering background is prioritized over theoretical AI/ML knowledge. Experience with AI agents, REST APIs, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and various AWS services like S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Bedrock, OpenSearch, and RDS is highly beneficial.
