As a Senior GenAI Fullstack Engineer, you will spearhead the enterprise Generative AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and innovation goals. You will establish robust AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for AI solution delivery.

Key responsibilities include designing enterprise-scale AI architectures using platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI, defining standards for RAG, Graph RAG, and agentic AI systems. You will drive the adoption of AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, and multi-agent architectures, ensuring secure and reliable business automation.

Further, you will establish governance for model customization, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI solution lifecycle management. This involves defining standards for prompt engineering pipelines, vector databases, semantic search, and AI agent orchestration frameworks using tools like LangChain and LangGraph. You will also ensure cloud integration and deployment standards for scalable and secure AI applications, guiding teams on best practices and identifying/mitigating AI-related risks.

This role requires a strong command of core AI technologies and a proven ability to drive AI engineering excellence. You will leverage your expertise in Agentic AI Systems, Advanced GenAI, and Agentic Framework Concepts to develop innovative solutions.

Essential skills include proficiency in Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, AI Search Index, LangChain, AI Agents, and Tool Calling. Experience with platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, and Grog is crucial. You should be adept at defining and implementing standards for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and multi-agent architectures.
