Define and lead the enterprise Generative AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and innovation goals. Establish robust AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for delivering enterprise AI solutions.

Design scalable AI architectures utilizing platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, or AI Search Index. Define enterprise standards for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, Agentic AI systems, and intelligent automation.

Drive the adoption of AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, and autonomous workflows across business functions. Implement multi-agent architectures, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) governance, and scalable AI engineering patterns for secure and reliable business automation.

Establish governance for model customization, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval quality, and AI solution lifecycle management. Define standards for prompt engineering pipelines, vector databases, semantic search, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI agent orchestration frameworks using LangChain and LangGraph.

Set enterprise AI engineering standards for secure API design, authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, scheduling, scalability, deployment, observability, and operational resilience. Establish cloud integration and deployment standards for secure and scalable AI-enabled applications.

Identify AI-related risks, governance gaps, operational challenges, and architectural limitations, defining effective mitigation strategies. Possess expertise in Agentic AI Systems, advanced Generative AI concepts, and Agentic Frameworks. A strong understanding of Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, AI Search Index, LangChain, and AI Agents & Tool Calling is essential.

Experience in designing enterprise-scale AI architecture using platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Grog, or AI Search Index is required. Define enterprise standards for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Graph RAG.

Demonstrate leadership and accountability in driving AI engineering excellence. Effectively collaborate with diverse teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
