As a Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in defining and advancing the enterprise Generative AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and innovation objectives. You will establish robust AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions. This includes designing architectures leveraging platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Foundry, while defining standards for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, agentic AI systems, and autonomous workflows. You will also champion the adoption of multi-agent architectures, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) governance, and scalable AI engineering patterns for secure and reliable business automation. Furthermore, you will establish governance standards for model customization, prompt engineering, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, ensuring AI solutions meet rigorous standards for scalability, reliability, and business value.

This role demands a strong command of Agentic AI Systems, Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts, and Cloud Application Integration & Deployment. Expertise in AI Search Index, LangChain, and AI Agents & Tool Calling is mandatory. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and accountability in driving AI engineering excellence. Effective collaboration with diverse teams and business stakeholders is crucial for smooth delivery. You will guide teams on GenAI architecture, agentic systems, AI governance, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.
