Spearhead the design and development of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, utilizing platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Grog, or AI Search Index. You will define AI solution architectures, implementation strategies, and architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI systems for diverse enterprise use cases.

Lead the creation of intelligent AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution frameworks. Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph and explore emerging frameworks like AutoGen or CrewAI. Optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, context orchestration, and response generation pipelines. Design and integrate prompt engineering, vector databases, and semantic search solutions.

Develop scalable AI engineering architectures incorporating authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, API governance, and enterprise deployment best practices. Drive model fine-tuning and customization initiatives to enhance domain-specific AI performance. Define AI integration patterns for enterprise application ecosystems and establish robust evaluation frameworks for AI response quality, reliability, and consistency.

Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows and troubleshooting mechanisms for complex AI challenges. Mentor team members on GenAI frameworks, RAG architectures, and agentic systems. Drive continuous improvement in AI solution quality and operational effectiveness.

This senior engineering role requires a strong foundation in Agentic AI Systems and advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts. Proficiency is essential in Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, AI Search Index, AI Agents & Tool Calling, and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
