As a Lead Gen AI Fullstack, you will define and drive the enterprise Generative AI strategy, aligning it with organizational goals and innovation. You'll establish AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing AI architecture using platforms like Amazon Bedrock or Azure OpenAI Service, and defining standards for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI systems, and intelligent automation. You will champion the adoption of AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, and multi-agent architectures.

Furthermore, you will set governance standards for model customization, prompt engineering, and AI solution lifecycle management. This involves defining enterprise standards for prompt engineering pipelines, vector databases, semantic search, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. You will also establish robust cloud integration, deployment, and enterprise integration standards to ensure secure and scalable AI-enabled applications.

Your role extends to leading architecture reviews, guiding teams on GenAI architecture and best practices, and identifying/mitigating AI-related risks. Collaboration with stakeholders to align AI initiatives and driving continuous improvement in AI maturity and business value realization are crucial.

This leadership role requires expertise in Agentic AI Systems, advanced GenAI and Agentic Framework Concepts, Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, AI Search Index, AI Agents & Tool Calling, LangChain, and LangGraph.

You will demonstrate leadership and accountability in driving AI engineering excellence. Effective collaboration with diverse teams and business stakeholders is essential for smooth project delivery.
