As a Gen AI Fullstack Lead, you will be instrumental in defining and driving enterprise Generative AI strategies aligned with organizational goals and AI transformation initiatives. You will establish robust AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for delivering enterprise AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading the design of enterprise-scale AI architectures using platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, and AI Search Index. You will define standards for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI systems, and intelligent automation. Driving the adoption of AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, and multi-agent architectures across business functions, ensuring Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) governance and scalable AI engineering patterns for secure automation, is crucial.

Furthermore, you will establish governance standards for model customization, prompt engineering, and AI solution lifecycle management. This includes defining architecture patterns and engineering standards using LangChain and related workflow orchestration frameworks, as well as establishing cloud integration and deployment standards for secure, scalable AI-enabled applications. You will also lead architecture reviews, guide teams on GenAI best practices, identify AI-related risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.

We are seeking a leader with a strong understanding of Agentic AI Systems, Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts, and Cloud Application Integration & Deployment. Expertise in AI Search Index, AI Agents & Tool Calling, and LangChain is mandatory.

You will need to demonstrate leadership and accountability in driving AI engineering excellence. Effective collaboration with various teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery is essential.
