You will be instrumental in defining and driving the enterprise Generative AI strategy, aligning it with organizational objectives and AI transformation initiatives. This includes establishing robust AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for enterprise AI solution delivery.

Key responsibilities involve leading the design of enterprise-scale AI architectures using platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Foundry. You will define standards for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI systems, and intelligent automation. Driving the adoption of AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, and autonomous workflows across business functions is also a core part of this role. This includes establishing governance standards for model customization, prompt engineering, and AI solution lifecycle management.

This role requires expertise in Agentic AI Systems, Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts, Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, AI Search Index, AI Agents & Tool Calling, and LangChain. You will be responsible for establishing enterprise AI engineering standards covering secure API design, authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, and deployment.

Additional responsibilities include defining architecture patterns and engineering standards using LangChain and LangGraph, establishing cloud integration and deployment standards, and leading architecture reviews to ensure AI solutions meet scalability, reliability, and business value objectives. Collaboration with various teams and leadership stakeholders is crucial for aligning AI initiatives with organizational goals.
