As a Gen AI Fullstack Lead, you will define and execute the enterprise Generative AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and innovation objectives. You will establish robust AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include architecting solutions using platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI, defining standards for RAG, agentic AI systems, and intelligent automation. You will drive the adoption of AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, and multi-agent architectures, while establishing governance for model customization, prompt engineering, and lifecycle management. Furthermore, you will define enterprise integration standards and lead architecture reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and business value.

This role requires a strong leadership presence and accountability in driving AI engineering excellence. You will collaborate effectively with diverse teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and successful AI adoption.

Key competencies include a deep understanding of agentic AI systems, advanced GenAI concepts, and cloud integration.
