As a Gen AI Fullstack Lead, you will define and implement enterprise Generative AI strategies, establish robust AI engineering standards, and lead the design of scalable AI architectures using platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Service. You will set standards for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI systems, and intelligent automation, driving the adoption of AI agents and multi-agent architectures.

Your role involves establishing governance for model customization, prompt engineering, and AI solution lifecycle management. You will define enterprise standards for prompt engineering pipelines, vector databases, semantic search, and AI agent orchestration frameworks using LangChain and LangGraph. Ensuring secure and scalable cloud integration and deployment of AI-enabled applications will be crucial.

Additionally, you will lead architecture reviews, guide teams on GenAI best practices, identify and mitigate AI-related risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
