As a Gen AI Fullstack Engineer, you will define and implement the enterprise Generative AI strategy, establishing robust AI engineering standards and governance frameworks. You will design large-scale AI architectures utilizing platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Service, and champion enterprise standards for RAG, AI agents, and autonomous workflows.

Your role will involve driving the adoption of multi-agent architectures and HITL governance, while establishing standards for model customization, prompt engineering, and AI solution lifecycle management. You will also define architecture patterns using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, ensuring secure and scalable cloud integrations and deployments.

We are looking for candidates with expertise in Agentic AI Systems, Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts, and Cloud Application Integration & Deployment. Proficiency in AI Search Index, LangChain, and AI Agents & Tool Calling is essential.

Key responsibilities include designing enterprise AI architecture using Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, or Grog. Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and intelligent automation architectures is required. You will also guide teams on GenAI architecture best practices and identify potential AI-related risks and mitigation strategies.
