Possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a relevant business function, or equivalent experience. Require a minimum of 15 years of executive experience in IT, with specific expertise in AI and Large Language Models (LLM). Need at least 5 years of direct people management experience, including growing technical teams and talent acquisition/retention. Demonstrate a proven ability to manage time effectively, multitask across time-sensitive projects, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment. Experience in client-facing roles within a specific industry or consulting firm, with account/engagement management experience in professional services is essential. Possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications. Experience in managing complex global projects, including multiple projects simultaneously within budget and on time. Familiarity with Solutions Architecture and Applications Portfolio Management is required. Experience in handling Project Financials, including budgets, costs, and revenue. Proficiency in running both waterfall and agile projects and programs is necessary. Experience in globally deploying platforms is expected.
