Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Enterprise Copilot platforms. Translate business use cases into scalable, AI-enabled applications and integrate various Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs and orchestration frameworks.

Define enterprise AI adoption strategies, including solution patterns, governance, and best practices. Develop advanced prompt engineering techniques for optimal AI performance and business relevance. Drive the effective utilization of Microsoft Copilot capabilities across teams and evaluate suitable AI models and platforms for diverse business needs.

A deep understanding of Generative AI concepts and hands-on experience with multiple LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI) is essential. Proficiency in Agentic AI, including AI agents, orchestration, multi-agent frameworks, and autonomous workflow execution, is required.

Expertise in prompt engineering patterns, optimization, and grounding techniques is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate experience integrating LLMs through APIs, utilizing tools like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases, with a strong foundation in RAG and knowledge-grounded AI solutions. Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Python, and cloud deployment is also expected.
