Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced AI solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise Copilot platforms. Translate business needs into scalable AI applications, integrating various Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs and orchestration frameworks.

Define best practices, governance frameworks, and AI solution patterns for enterprise-wide adoption. Develop and implement Agentic AI workflows for autonomous decision-making and multi-agent collaboration. Drive the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, optimize prompt engineering strategies for enhanced AI performance, and evaluate AI models and platforms.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI transformation opportunities. Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, and mentor teams on AI architecture and solution design. This role requires a deep understanding of AI capabilities and a proactive approach to innovation.

We are seeking a candidate with profound expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, and LLMs. Essential skills include hands-on experience with multiple LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI), understanding their capabilities and limitations, and proficiency in fine-tuning and deployment. Experience in designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, orchestration, autonomous workflows, and planning patterns, is crucial.

Expertise in prompt engineering, including design patterns, chain-of-thought, few-shot/zero-shot techniques, and optimization, is mandatory. Candidates must possess strong development skills in API integration, REST APIs, Semantic Kernel, LangChain/LangGraph, Vector Databases, and RAG. Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and NumPy is expected, along with knowledge of AI Search Index and Azure OpenAI Service.
