We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect with a strong background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), solution architecture, and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. As an Associate Architect, you will lead architecture and design discussions across the SDLC, defining solution architectures, technical roadmaps, and development standards. You will spearhead the adoption of Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and AI Governance frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, architecting cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP, and ensuring adherence to SDLC processes, DevOps practices, and compliance standards. You will also conduct design reviews, mentor development teams, and evaluate emerging AI technologies for innovative business solutions.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps) and extensive experience in application architecture and solution design. Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Governance is essential.

Required expertise includes knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. A solid grasp of software quality, security, risk management, and compliance frameworks, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, is also critical for success in this role.
